1. Go to DSTV web page and open the page. Locate and click FIX ERRORS see image below
2. Enter the first 10 digits instead of 11 digits of your smartcard number.
3. Choose the error E16 or E30 depending the Exx error on your screen here choose E30.
4. Enter catpcha alphabet in the right box.
5. Click FIX ERROR and wait for some times.
