Step 4. When fastboot mode display scroll down to More.

Step 5. Use power button and select, the next screen is wipe data.

Step 6. Use the power button to select wipe data.

Remember to backup the phone in case of phone brick.

You suppose to have the google account that is the email details because after reset the phone will require you to bypass frp.
