Let me show you how to reset your Android google sign

in case you forget you password

Step 1

a. connect you phone to hotspot or wireles network

b. choose Need password below Username and password
c.  put your phone number you use for google account

d.  google will send you a text withe code number

e.  enter the code followed by you username

f.  welcome to new phone

Step 2

1. Download  an android app called setting apk this is the file zamdtek.
2. Copy the downloaded setting apk to phone memory.
3. Insert simcard in your phone.
4.  Now power On the phone.
5.  Use another phone to call the number inside the phone.
6.  Don't pick the call instead swiping up to message icon.
7. Select Write your own message from the pop up.
8. It will now take you to messaging app.
9.  Now tap the Call icon found near the number you used in calling.
10. It will take you to dialer app
11.  Click on contacts icon (head near call button)
12. Now select any contact
13.  Click on the menu icon (3 dots) at the top right and select Share
14.  Select Xender from the list of apps that popup
15. Under Xender, swipe to files tab, Now locate an install setting.apk
16. Launch it after installation is complete.
17.  After launching, you will be faced with Settings page
18.  Scroll down and select
19. Factory data reset.  ERASE EVERYTHING
20. Wait for reset process to complete and phone reboot
