Do you have this Problem and has Tried everything like.
1. Restarts your iPhone.
2. Force Resets the iPhone.
3. Enable settings in WLAN settings.
4. Enable settings in Network Setting.
5. Reset the iPhone Network.
6. Reset all the settings of the Network.
7. Flash the Phone.

To Fix Unable to sign in because of a problem communicating with iCloud.

1. Ensure your iPhone is connected to internet.
2. Don't sign in iCloud through Settings.
3. Open App Store and try to download any App.
4. It will require for a sign in.
5. Review your iCloud Account if not yet.
6. Sign in and Download one or two apps.
7. Restarts the iPhone and you have succeeded in sign in.
