Itel A14 hangs on installing updates solution

1. charge battery itel A14 android smartphone.

2. Power off the phone. 

3. Open the phone back cover remove and replace the battery. 

4. Press power button immediately followed by Volume up key. You have to do this fast. 

6. Leave power button when you see logo and continue holding volume button. 

7. Let go volume key when you see fastboot mode on the screen. 

8. Use volume down key and navigate to wipe user data and ok it with power or volume up button. 

9. Scroll down to Yes format all and ok with long press volume up.

10. You will see erasing or formatting on the phone screen. 

11. Allow the phone sometimes to finish format and return to Reboot normal or restarts itself. 

12. If it returns to fastboot mode, select reboot to normal with power or long press volume up key.

13. Itel android will take some minutes to first boot after format.

14. When it boots, configure your phone and you are good to go.
