Download and Install adb and SPD USB Driver from here 

Open CMD command prompt on Window OS or Terminal in Mac.

Put your phone in fastboot Mode and connect to computer.

Allow the phone install all the necessary drivers

Follow the image below and type the command.

 
1. Type  fastboot erase pesist and press enter.

 2. Type fastboot reboot and press enter
