As you may know there are many advantages following android Rooting. These include installing all your desire application, Reset google account, unlocking the android network and flashing your android phone with custom ROM.
Let go down to business before your root your android phone you need to

Lets discuss How to install TWRP, if your android is MTK chip you can download the TWRP scatter file and flash it on your android phone like this.
If your android is not MTK then follow these steps to install TWRP.
1. Download TWRP Recovery image of your android phone eg and copy to adb fasboot folder.
Now the TWRP recovery img is located in ADB and fastboot folder then
2. Lets use command and write or install the recovery img in the android phone.
As show during bootloader unlock
Type adb reboot bootloader press enter
adb reboot bootloader press enter
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img and press enter
It takes some seconds or a minutes to flash TWRP recovery.img
You have just install TWRP on your android phone but there is a big problem, the problem is that if you boot your phone to recovery mode TWRP will wipe out. So because of this we have to flash or install no-verity-opt-encrypt 7.1 ( download depends android version) to prevent Your android from TWRP erase when boot to recovery mode.
In case of LG LM X210Ma to boot to TWRP mode follow this steps
>>Press the volume down and power button, immediately LG logo appears on the screen remove your finger on power button and replace it back again. Keep holding Volume Down key.
Use volume down to highlight “Yes” and power button to confirm or accept.

3. Now you are in TWRP Mode lets install root application file.
First Download no-verity-opt-encrypt 7.1 and copy to SD or phone memory.
Ensure you download this file and put in your SD card before mount.

From the image above you have to mount the SD card. After mount and check MicroSD then follow the next step to install root apps.
4. Select install from TWRP>>sdcard>>no-verity-opt-encrypt. Under TWRP phone memry =sdcard while Memry card=sdcard1.
5. Look at the TWRP careful down to swipe arrow so that no-verity-opt-encrypt will install on your android phone,
Congratulations at this stage you have completed TWRP installation. Your TWRP won't disapper if you boot your android phone to recovery mode.
