1st Method

Step 1
Press your two fingers across the screen of the HTC to activate talkback feature.

When you activate the Talkback feature, then return to the  normal screen of Step 1

With the normal screen of Step 1.

Click or tap the general settings on the speech setting to go to feedback

Still on the feedback, press the two volume keys to turn off the talkback speech.

Step 5
Accept the option on the box to enter google search engine with Chrome

Open the Chrome and Download this file here or here. Install the frp bypass file. After installation go to the next step.

Step 6
Open the installed application that is frp bypass app.

Click on the 3 dots at the right hand corner to sign in with any google account or create a new account.

Step 7
Sign in with any google account or create a new account then restarts the HTC android phone.

2nd Method

1.Download this Tool Android fastboot FRP removal

2. Get your computer ready.

3. Get USB cable ready.

4. Extract the file to a folder you will remember.

5. Install ADB and its associated files.

6. Power off your Kimfly android phone.

7. Boot the HTC android to recovery mode

8. Select Boot to recovery in fastboot.

9. The phone will show white background with fastboot mode on top.

10. Connect your phone to the computer with USB cable.

11. Install all the drivers as it prompts.

12. Open Android FRP reset Tool

13. Select No h, if everything was installed correct your HTC One E9 will restarts and FRP bypass done
